How to find remote jobs with an AI agent
Use Claude or any AI agent to find recent remote and hybrid jobs by skill, with pay and apply links, then tailor your application in the same chat.

Searching for remote work is mostly filtering: hundreds of listings, many of them old, many of them only remote on paper. An AI agent connected to Enricho does the filtering for you. You describe the work you want, and it comes back with recent remote and hybrid openings you can compare and apply to.
What do you need?
- An AI agent that supports MCP servers, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor.
- An Enricho account. You create it when you first connect, with no password and no card. The Free plan includes 100 credits a month.
How do you connect Enricho?
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, add a custom connector named Enricho with the URL https://mcp.enricho.co/mcp, and sign in with your email. In Claude Code, run:
claude mcp add --transport http enricho https://mcp.enricho.co/mcp
Then run /mcp, choose Enricho and sign in. Other agents are covered on the integrations page.
How do you ask for remote jobs?
Lead with the skill or role, then say remote:
Use Enricho to find remote backend developer jobs that use Go or
Python, posted in the last 14 days. Full time only. Show me 5.
Useful things to add:
- Hybrid instead of remote if you can go to an office some days.
- A city or region to keep hybrid roles within reach.
- How recent: the last 1, 3, 7 or 14 days. Older postings are never returned.
- Job type: full time, part time, contract, temporary or internship.
What does it cost?
There is no free preview for jobs. Every posting returned costs 1 credit, so your agent tells you the cost and asks before it searches. Ask for 3 or 5 first. Postings you already got and empty results are free.
How do you sort out the real remote roles?
Each posting comes with its location, workplace type and full description, so your agent can read the fine print for you:
For each job, check the description for location or time zone
requirements. Drop any that need me in an office more than twice a month.
It can also flag postings from staffing agencies, since every job says whether the employer posted it directly.
How do you match jobs to your resume?
Paste your resume into the same chat:
Here is my resume. Rank these jobs by fit, and for the top two list the
skills they ask for that I should put higher on my resume.
Because the postings include skills, experience level and pay, the agent can explain why a role fits or doesn't, instead of guessing from the title.
How do you apply?
Each posting has an apply link to the employer's own page. When it is empty, apply through the company website. Your agent never applies or contacts employers for you, but it can draft a cover letter or answer application questions with you.
How do you keep looking without starting over?
Ask the same question again in a few days with "posted in the last 3 days" to see only what is new. Postings you already got are free, so repeats cost nothing.
