What happens when I switch plans?

Your new plan starts right away with its full monthly allowance, and the old subscription ends so you are never billed twice.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits refill on the 1st and do not roll over. Credits from packs never expire and are spent only after your monthly credits run out.

Who handles payments and invoices?

Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record. It processes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues invoices you can download from the billing portal.
