Job boards show you everything, including roles that were filled weeks ago. When you are actively looking, the jobs that matter are the ones posted in the last few days, while the team is still reading applications. With the Enricho app, ChatGPT can search only recent openings and lay them out side by side, so you spend your time applying instead of scrolling.

What do you need before you start?

  1. A ChatGPT account that can use apps. Availability depends on your plan and workspace.
  2. An Enricho account. You create it the first time you connect, with no password and no card. The Free plan includes 100 credits a month, enough for 100 postings.
  3. A rough idea of the job: the role or skills, where you want to work, and whether you want remote or hybrid.

How do you add Enricho to ChatGPT?

  1. Add Enricho from the ChatGPT apps directory. Or open Settings → Apps, turn on Developer mode if your plan offers it, and create a custom app.
  2. For a custom app, use the server URL https://mcp.enricho.co/mcp with OAuth sign-in.
  3. Sign in with your email and the 6-digit code Enricho sends.
  4. In a chat, choose Enricho from the tools menu.

Step-by-step setup is on the ChatGPT integration page.

How do you ask for this week's jobs?

Say what you want the way you would tell a friend who works in recruiting. Name Enricho the first time so ChatGPT uses it.

Remote or hybrid, full time. Show me 5 with the pay and how to apply.

ChatGPT turns that into a search:

You can also give a city or region, or ask for part time, contract, temporary or internship roles. For the freshest list, ask for the last 1 or 3 days.

What does ChatGPT ask before it searches?

Jobs have no free preview: every posting returned is a full posting that costs 1 credit. So ChatGPT tells you the cost first, for example "5 postings, 5 credits", and waits for your go-ahead.

Start small. Ask for 3 or 5, check that they look right, then ask for more. Postings you already got are free, so going back to them later costs nothing.

What do you get for each job?

Every posting comes back with the details you need to decide whether to apply:

  1. The role: title, job type, remote or on-site, experience level, skills and benefits.
  2. Pay: the salary range and period, when the posting lists it.
  3. When it was posted, so you know how fresh it is.
  4. The company: name, website, industry and size, and whether it is the employer itself or a staffing agency.
  5. How to apply: the employer's own application page. When there isn't one, apply through the company website.

How do you compare the jobs?

Because the jobs are in your chat, ChatGPT can work with them:

Put these in a table: company, pay, remote or hybrid, and posted date.
Then rank them by how well they fit my resume below.

Paste your resume and ChatGPT can point out which skills each posting asks for that you already have, and which you should mention more clearly.

How do you apply?

Open the apply link and apply on the employer's page. Enricho never applies or contacts employers for you. Before you do, ask ChatGPT to help with the parts that take the longest:

Write a short cover letter for the second job. Use my resume and the
skills the posting lists. Keep it under 200 words.

How much does it cost?

Each new posting costs 1 credit, and empty results are free. The Free plan gives you 100 credits a month, and credit packs of 10,000 cost $20 and never expire. See pricing for the plans.
