Terms of Service

1. The service

Enricho provides an MCP server and API (the “Service”) that lets you, and the AI assistants you authorize, search, look up and enrich information about people and companies. Use is metered in credits as described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

• Give a valid email address you control and keep access to it secure: sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by assistants and apps you connect.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Enricho for an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.
• One person or organization per free account. Creating accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.

3. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not let any assistant or person acting for you:

• send unlawful spam, or contact people in breach of anti-spam, telemarketing or data-protection laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and similar laws where you operate);
• use data from the Service to discriminate, stalk or harass anyone, or to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance or housing;
• resell, publish or redistribute the data as a standalone database or competing product;
• scrape, overload, or try to bypass rate limits, credit checks or security controls;
• use the Service for anything illegal.

You are the controller of the personal data you obtain through the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for honoring the rights of the people concerned.

4. Credits, plans and payment

• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and refill their credits on the 1st of each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases; their credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your purchase. Their terms apply to the payment.
• We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Data accuracy

Directory data is compiled from multiple sources and can be incomplete or out of date. The Service is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that any record is accurate, current or complete.

6. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Enricho at any time and cancel paid plans from the billing portal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the Service at risk, or fail to pay. When an account closes, unused credits are forfeited except as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Enricho is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you before it takes effect; using the Service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@enricho.co.
