How do I enrich a CSV of leads in Cursor or VS Code?

Point Cursor or VS Code's agent at your CSV of emails, LinkedIn URLs or domains, and it writes an enriched file with titles, companies and contact details.

If your leads live in a CSV, a code editor's agent is a great place to enrich them. It can read the file, call Enricho, and write the results next to the original.

How do I connect Enricho?

  • Cursor: add { "mcpServers": { "enricho": { "url": "https://mcp.enricho.co/mcp" } } } to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, enable it in MCP settings and sign in. See Cursor setup.
  • VS Code: add { "servers": { "enricho": { "type": "http", "url": "https://mcp.enricho.co/mcp" } } } to .vscode/mcp.json, start it and sign in, then use Copilot Chat in agent mode. See VS Code setup.

What do I ask?

Use Enricho to enrich the emails in leads.csv with job title, seniority,
company, phone and LinkedIn. Preview the first batch, then write
enriched.csv with the original columns plus the new ones.

What does the agent do?

  1. Reads the file and picks the identifier column: emails, LinkedIn URLs or domains.
  2. Previews for free with the first batch, so you can check the matches.
  3. Asks before paying, then fetches full records in batches of up to 100 (1 credit per match).
  4. Writes a new file, keeping your columns and adding the enriched ones. Rows with no match stay blank and cost nothing.

What if I only have names and companies?

Ask for paired enrichment:

Use Enricho's paired enrichment for the full_name and company_domain
columns in contacts.csv. Preview first, budget 50 credits.

Each name is matched with its own company domain, so names and companies never cross-match. Paid calls need your approval and a credit budget.

Can I save the results in Enricho too?

Yes. Ask the agent to save the enriched people to a list. You can export it as a CSV later at no extra cost.

FAQ

Quick answers

The questions people ask most about this topic.

Work emails, LinkedIn profile URLs or company domains. For names with company domains, the agent uses paired enrichment so each name is matched with its own company.
